About the Master of Arts program

I'm 40 years old. Can I still enroll in the Master of Arts program?

The Master of Arts program accepts only single men and women not older than 35 years old. If you wish, you can enroll in the Formation in the Transmission of Faith (FTF) program which offers online courses.

I'm married and I want to enroll in the Master of Arts program. Do I need to participate in the live-in formation?

The Master of Arts program at Mother of Life Center requires a one-year live-in formation. It is for single men and women who are not bound by marital obligations. For exceptions, you may contact the Center personally.

If you wish, you can enroll in our Formation in the Transmission of the Faith (FTF) program which offers online courses and some weekends to experience and benefit from the integral formation that Mother of Life Center offers.

Is your Master of Arts program open for religious?

The Master of Arts program at Mother of Life Center requires a one-year live-in formation, thus it only accepts lay single men and women. If you are a religious and would like to follow the formation, you will be asked to accept the concrete conditions of this live-in formation. Please contact us if you have questions.

Is it possible to follow the Master’s program online?

The Master of Arts program at Mother of Life Center requires a one-year live-in formation, thus it cannot be followed only online, even if some of the courses are given online due to the pandemic.

About the FTF formation

Is the FTF formation completely online? I’m from another country and want to participate. Is that possible?

Yes, you can follow the FTF formation that is completely online. The Mother of Life Center offers also weekends in the house for a deepening of spiritual formation and community life experiences. This is an additional proposition if you can manage to come to the Center.

How long does the FTF program take?

In 2023-2024, the FTF Certificate Program offers online sessions for one year with 11 basic courses of 24 hours each.

Am I obliged to follow all the courses the same year?

It is possible to follow only one or two courses you are interested in. No obligation to enroll in the whole program.

If you are interested to follow the whole program you can do it in one year, but you can also take your time and follow the courses little by little, in two, three, or four years.

I'm 16 years old and I want to participate in the Vivit Dominus formation program. Is that possible?

We are happy about your enthusiasm to join the program. However, the program was designed for people between 18 to 35 years old.

About the scholarship

Who can apply for a scholarship (MA) or a subsidy (FTF/VD)?

Money should not be a reason to exclude you from our programs. On the other hand, the Mother of Life Center is a non-profit, non-stock Institution and is run solely by donations. Its scholarships are limited. You can contact us in the Center and ask for the scholarship application sheet to discern if you can apply for a full or partial scholarship or subsidy.
